Payment Schedule and Method
Poppy and Pip requires an upfront, non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total amount due. The remaining balancemust be received at least seven (7) days before the event date. For your convenience, payments can be made online via HoneyBook.com using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by Venmo or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days before the event date. Exceptions will only be made if cancellation occurs 24 hours prior to event date due to extreme weather or in the event of a true emergency (Poppy and Pip shall have sole discretion as to whether the stated reason for cancellation constitutes a true emergency). Poppy and Pip will do its best to reschedule any cancelled events. If Client cancels more than seven (7) days before the scheduled event, they will receive their full refund minus their $100 deposit. If Client cancels fewer that seven (7) days before the scheduled event and do not reschedule, they will be responsible for the full balance.
Event Space and Safety
Client must provide a clean space (vacuumed or swept) for tents, allowing at least a 4 ft x 7 ft space per tent. Client must clear the designated space of furniture, furnishings, and other household items. Poppy and Pip representatives are prohibited from moving furniture.
Pets or other animals are not permitted on Poppy and Pip property. If animals are sighted on our equipment or pet hair is found on bedding, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
All events must be held in smoke-free environments. Poppy and Pip reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if representatives find your property to contain tobacco or cannabis odor. If any items contain a tobacco or cannabis odor upon pickup, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
Where applicable, Poppy and Pip staff members will park as close to your setup area as possible, which often requires parking in Client’s driveway. Team members will always take due care when operating a vehicle on Client’s property, however, Client must also ensure that pets and children are always accounted for and away from any vehicles during the arrival time of Poppy and Pip’s representatives.
Damage to Poppy and Pip Property
Client agrees to pay the full cost of any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair (which does not include ordinary wear and tear resulting from reasonable and proper use). Damaged items that can be repaired must be returned in their broken state to be eligible for repair cost rather than replacement cost. Replacement costs include:

-Bed Tray: $15
-Bedding (Sheet and Mattress Protector): $25
-Throw Blanket: $20
-Fairy Lights: $10

-Large Faux Fur Rug: $50
-Bed Tray: $15

Release of Liability
Poppy and Pip makes no representation about the suitability of the rental equipment for any particular purpose. It is provided “As Is” and without any warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to Client. Client may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.
In consideration for being permitted by Poppy and Pip to use Poppy and Pip’s property, Client waives, releases and discharges any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which Client may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as a result of using such property. This release is intended to discharge in advance Poppy and Pip (its officers, employees, and representatives) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my use of any and all Poppy and Pip property.
Client must indemnify and hold Poppy and Pip free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of any death, injury, or property damage that may be sustained in the delivery, set-up, use, and take down of any rental items.
